The Beginning of Our Story

In 2020, a brother and sister were studying in America when the sister saw a small stand at a Farmers Market run by a family selling freeze-dried sweets in small batches, with simple packaging and high prices.

She tried them and told her brother: We have to bring this idea to Kuwait.

After her brother graduated with a degree in industrial engineering in 2023, they took the first step and opened the Aym Freeze-Drying Factory.

We started with just one very small machine in October 2023, and today we have more than 50 products we make ourselves.

Why Aym?

Because we saw that freeze-dried products on the market were expensive, with some costing 3 dinars or more, and their simple packaging didn't provide the experience we wanted.

So we decided to do things differently:
Affordable prices, special packaging for each product, and quality that we care about from the initial product selection until it reaches you.

Then we noticed another problem in the market: freeze-dried fruit sold in bulk, especially some imported products, can vary in quality, and the batch is opened and remains on display until it is sold out.

We chose a different path and make our products ourselves, in quantities and with a level of quality that we can control.

Our philosophy is very simple

Everything tastes better freeze-dried. 

That's why we didn't stop at just one product. We started with freeze-dried Skittles, and today we have more than 50 products, and we want to offer the widest possible range of freeze-dried products.
